SCREAM
Uncontrollable fate
Do you spin my destiny?
Ruthlessly you remove; my anger sate
Till a space remains; no more finding anything funny
Throw down the veil of gladness
Bind on the symbiotic Mask of Eternal Gaiety
Smile on, sadness
And thus move on, maintain the soul’s vitality
Dying away, the chorus sings
Dropping out, strike up the cheerful band
Taken away, the truth stings
It was my entire fault; mistake which I cannot mend
Now return to the flock
Shepherd Christ your immovable Rock
I beseech my Lord to save my life
To encapsulate my soul with his Love
My only hope lies within the Holy God; blithe
Never! My place in Hell for sins reserved.
Erwin Nah (8th May 2002)
trouble
Fore every trespass done to you
Forgive, let go, release
Odds pitted against you; such a fool
Love, hold close, appease
Everything opposing your every move
Shift, appoint, manipulate
You try to believe your innocence and prove
Open, link, contemplate
Sorrow in your heart of immeasurable pain
Hop, enclose, embrace
Morrow the sun sets on your soul slain
Anger, enclave, erase
Reckless resentment release
For every trespass done to you.

Your Welcome
thank you so much for seeing me,
thank you so much for all you be,
thank you for being here
thank you for staying near,
thank you my love for being mine
thank you for taking after my mind
thank you for remaining beautiful
thank you for your shy modesty too
thank you for your gracious smile
thank you for your wavy hair
thank you for your honesty’s unnecessary beguile
thank you for making work our small love pair
thank you again for blessing me with your presence
thank you for showing me, that you’re perfect in every sense. Erwin Nah (10th May 2002)
Leì
Spent all energy
Spent spirit; weak
Spent my heart; finality
Spent through and through; rest to seek
we will
Tired of speaking
Tired of all of this
Tired of my happy being
Tired of all of them I’ll
not miss
Exhausted of idle chatter
Exhausted of boring banter
Exhausted of happy elation
Exhausted of creating a
sensation.

Sprawled
Lord God
Help me
One chance
To see
Of a dream, that which I sought and fought
I scream for the path to advance my dance
To reach
Thus lead
And preach
Your deed
My Lord
Save this
My lance
To please
You God,
This Once.
Headpoems
My headpoems’ written
About nothing at all
Some about simplicity smitten
Some about complexity’s fall
Some were for friends
Their characters within blends
Poems for your head?
Nay, from what I have said,
These poems are mine alone
Free for me to depict and unfold
Surprises within each I can withhold
Suspense I have none I wish retold
Maybe someday they’ll regard this
Worth a fortune to be sold
By then I think I’ll want to miss
As Death takes his toll
And brings this poet for a stroll
